How do the treatments work and what should I expect during the treatment?EMS Sculpting: EMS Sculpting uses high-intensity electromagnetic pulses to stimulate muscle contractions. These electromagnetic waves are designed to reach deep into the muscle tissue, creating muscle contractions that are stronger than those you could achieve with regular exercise. During the session, you will feel intense muscle contractions, similar to the sensation of doing sit-ups or squats, but without the effort. It’s non-invasive and doesn’t require downtime. The procedure is generally comfortable, although you may experience some muscle fatigue or soreness after the session, similar to the feeling after a workout. Results build over time, and you’ll notice toning and strengthening after a few sessions. Fat Cavitation: Fat Cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasonic sound waves to target and break down fat cells in the treated area. These sound waves create tiny bubbles that collapse, causing the fat cells to rupture and release their contents, which are then eliminated naturally by the body's lymphatic system. During the treatment, you will hear the ultrasonic waves working on your fat cells. The procedure is non-invasive, painless, and requires no downtime. You may feel a gentle warming sensation, but it’s generally comfortable and relaxing. It’s a great option for reducing stubborn fat in areas like the abdomen, thighs, and love handles. RF Skin Tightening: RF Skin Tightening uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin from within. During the treatment, you’ll experience a warm, soothing sensation as the radiofrequency energy is delivered through the skin. This warmth helps stimulate collagen and elastin production, leading to tighter, smoother skin. The procedure is non-invasive, and there is no downtime afterward. You may notice immediate tightening, and results will improve over the course of several treatments as collagen production continues. It’s an excellent option for reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and loose skin on the face and body.

How soon can I see results?EMS Sculpting: Most clients notice a visible improvement in muscle tone and definition after 2-4 sessions, but optimal results typically become apparent after 6-8 sessions. These results can continue to improve for several weeks as your body adapts and strengthens the treated muscles. Fat Cavitation: Results may start to show after 3-6 sessions, but the most noticeable changes usually occur after 6-8 sessions. Fat reduction depends on factors like the area being treated, metabolism, and individual response to the treatment. Post-treatment lymphatic drainage can help accelerate the fat elimination process which is already included in our fat cavitation treatments. RF Skin Tightening: Initial skin tightening and improved texture can be seen after just one or two sessions, but the full effects develop gradually over 4-6 weeks after the last treatment, as collagen production increases. Collagen production continues for several months, leading to ongoing improvements even after treatment has ended.

Who is an ideal candidate for these treatments?EMS Sculpting: EMS Sculpting is ideal for those looking to tone, define, and strengthen muscles without surgery or downtime. It’s best suited for individuals who are already in good physical health but want to enhance their muscle tone. Those with medical conditions such as pacemakers, metal implants, or nerve issues may not be eligible, and a consultation with your doctor is recommended before proceeding. Fat Cavitation: Fat Cavitation is suitable for individuals who have stubborn fat that doesn’t respond to diet or exercise. It’s a great option for those looking to contour areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, or love handles. This treatment is not recommended for pregnant individuals, people with active skin conditions, or those with certain medical conditions (e.g., liver disease). A consultation will determine your eligibility. RF Skin Tightening: RF Skin Tightening is great for individuals seeking to improve skin laxity, tighten loose skin, and enhance overall skin tone. It works well for both younger and older individuals with mild to moderate skin sagging. Ideal candidates are those looking to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and loose skin on the face and body. Pregnant women and those with active skin infections or conditions may not be suitable candidates for this treatment.

How many sessions will I need?EMS Sculpting: To achieve visible results, most clients will notice a noticeable improvement after 4-8 sessions. The exact number of sessions needed depends on several factors, including your personal goals, body type, and the area being treated. For example, someone looking to sculpt and define their abdominal muscles may see faster results than someone targeting larger muscle groups. The sessions are typically spaced 2-3 days apart, allowing your muscles to recover and adapt between treatments. Consistency is key, and with each session, you’ll continue to see improvements in muscle tone, strength, and overall body contouring. Your individual progress may vary, and some clients may require more, or fewer sessions based on their response to the treatment. Fat Cavitation: For optimal results in fat reduction, most clients will require between 6-10 sessions. This can vary based on factors such as the treatment area, lifestyle, and body composition. Fat Cavitation is most effective on areas with localized fat deposits, such as the thighs, abdomen, or love handles. The fat reduction process continues after each session, with fat cells being broken down and naturally eliminated by the body over time. Sessions are typically spaced 1-2 weeks apart to give your body time to process and flush out the released fat. It's important to note that lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise can influence the speed of results. For some individuals, particularly those with more stubborn fat areas, a combination of 2-3 treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. RF Skin Tightening: 6-10 sessions are generally recommended for visible, gradual improvements in skin tightness and firmness. The number of sessions can vary depending on the area treated and the specific skin concerns you are addressing, such as sagging or fine lines. Collagen production is stimulated during each treatment, and this process continues to work in the skin even after the session ends, enhancing skin elasticity over time. Sessions are usually spaced 1 week apart to allow the skin to respond and tighten progressively. Results become more noticeable with each session, and some clients may opt for occasional maintenance treatments to maintain the improved skin firmness. For those with more mature skin or significant sagging, additional sessions may be required to achieve their desired results.

Are there any side effects?EMS Sculpting: After an EMS Sculpting session, some clients may experience mild muscle soreness, similar to the feeling you get after a tough workout. This is normal and is due to the intense muscle contractions during the treatment. However, most clients don’t experience any soreness at all, and any discomfort typically subsides quickly within a few hours. EMS Sculpting is a non-invasive procedure with no downtime. You can return to your regular routine immediately after the treatment. It’s generally well-tolerated, with no long-term side effects. Fat Cavitation: After a Fat Cavitation session, you may experience some mild redness or warmth in the treated area, which is due to the increased circulation and the effect of the ultrasonic waves. This is typically short-lived and will resolve within a couple of hours. Some clients may also feel a slight tingling or sensitivity, but these sensations are generally mild and temporary. Fat Cavitation is non-invasive, and there is no downtime required. You can resume your usual activities immediately after the treatment without any recovery time. RF Skin Tightening: The most common side effects after an RF Skin Tightening session are temporary redness, mild swelling, or a warm sensation in the treated area. These effects are usually short-lived and should subside within a few hours. In rare cases, clients may experience a mild tightening or tingling sensation, but this is completely normal and a sign that the skin is responding to the treatment. There is no downtime with RF Skin Tightening, so you can carry on with your day as usual right after the treatment.

What should I do before and after my session?EMS Sculpting: Before your EMS session, it’s best to hydrate well, as staying hydrated helps the body process the muscle contractions more effectively. It’s also recommended to avoid heavy meals right before the session. Afterward, drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and support muscle recovery. It’s normal to feel some muscle soreness, but this typically subsides quickly. Avoid intense physical activity immediately after your session as your muscles will need time to recover. Fat Cavitation: Drink plenty of water before your Fat Cavitation session, as hydration helps the body eliminate fat cells more efficiently after the procedure. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals 24 hours before treatment, as these can interfere with the fat elimination process. After your session, drink more water and engage in light physical activity, such as walking, to support the lymphatic drainage and fat metabolism. RF Skin Tightening: Keep your skin clean and moisturised before your RF session. It’s also important to apply sunscreen if you’ll be exposed to sunlight before the treatment. After your RF session, keep your skin hydrated, and continue to protect it with sunscreen to maintain results. Avoid direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours and be gentle with your skin for the first few days. If any redness or mild irritation occurs, it should subside within a few hours.
