EMS Sculpting: To achieve visible results, most clients will notice a noticeable improvement after 4-8 sessions. The exact number of sessions needed depends on several factors, including your personal goals, body type, and the area being treated. For example, someone looking to sculpt and define their abdominal muscles may see faster results than someone targeting larger muscle groups. The sessions are typically spaced 2-3 days apart, allowing your muscles to recover and adapt between treatments. Consistency is key, and with each session, you’ll continue to see improvements in muscle tone, strength, and overall body contouring. Your individual progress may vary, and some clients may require more, or fewer sessions based on their response to the treatment.
Fat Cavitation: For optimal results in fat reduction, most clients will require between 6-10 sessions. This can vary based on factors such as the treatment area, lifestyle, and body composition. Fat Cavitation is most effective on areas with localized fat deposits, such as the thighs, abdomen, or love handles. The fat reduction process continues after each session, with fat cells being broken down and naturally eliminated by the body over time. Sessions are typically spaced 1-2 weeks apart to give your body time to process and flush out the released fat. It's important to note that lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise can influence the speed of results. For some individuals, particularly those with more stubborn fat areas, a combination of 2-3 treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.
RF Skin Tightening: 6-10 sessions are generally recommended for visible, gradual improvements in skin tightness and firmness. The number of sessions can vary depending on the area treated and the specific skin concerns you are addressing, such as sagging or fine lines. Collagen production is stimulated during each treatment, and this process continues to work in the skin even after the session ends, enhancing skin elasticity over time. Sessions are usually spaced 1 week apart to allow the skin to respond and tighten progressively. Results become more noticeable with each session, and some clients may opt for occasional maintenance treatments to maintain the improved skin firmness. For those with more mature skin or significant sagging, additional sessions may be required to achieve their desired results.

EMS Sculpting: Before your EMS session, it’s best to hydrate well, as staying hydrated helps the body process the muscle contractions more effectively. It’s also recommended to avoid heavy meals right before the session. Afterward, drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and support muscle recovery. It’s normal to feel some muscle soreness, but this typically subsides quickly. Avoid intense physical activity immediately after your session as your muscles will need time to recover.
Fat Cavitation: Drink plenty of water before your Fat Cavitation session, as hydration helps the body eliminate fat cells more efficiently after the procedure. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals 24 hours before treatment, as these can interfere with the fat elimination process. After your session, drink more water and engage in light physical activity, such as walking, to support the lymphatic drainage and fat metabolism.
RF Skin Tightening: Keep your skin clean and moisturised before your RF session. It’s also important to apply sunscreen if you’ll be exposed to sunlight before the treatment. After your RF session, keep your skin hydrated, and continue to protect it with sunscreen to maintain results. Avoid direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours and be gentle with your skin for the first few days. If any redness or mild irritation occurs, it should subside within a few hours.
